Dates  Section 73 application to amend the approved drawings December 2022

Hitchcock Architects submitted an application to amend the existing 2016 consent produced by Thurlow Architects.  We provided evidence to prove implementation, and amended the scheme to provide separate driveways and garages to the front of each property as well as other minor material change.


Once approved Hitchcock Architects hope to continue with the working drawings and building control submission to allow works to commence as soon as possible.
