Dates  Section 73 application to amend the approved drawings December 2022. Building Control approved, start on site March 2023. Plot 01 Completed October 2024, Plot 02 aiming for completion February 2025.

Hitchcock Architects submitted an application to amend the existing 2016 consent produced by Thurlow Architects for 2 x new dwellings.  We provided evidence to prove implementation, and amended the scheme to provide separate driveways and garages to the front of each property as well as other minor material change.
