Dates  Householder Planning approved May 2023. Building Control approval July 2023.

Single storey rear extension, and new porch as well as internal modifications to re-orientated the stairs.

Hitchcock Architects provided working drawings/ specification and coordinated with Structural engineers for building control approval. Works were completed in August 2024.
