Hitchcock Architects submitted a reserved matters application for a previously approved Outline planning permission for two dwellings.

The initial proposals were for two detached dwellings, but in order to comply with West Suffolk planning policy for infill plots the scheme was revised to a pair of semi detached dwellings (linked by the utility rooms).

Following grant of planning permission Hitchcock Architects completed the working drawings and submitted to building control to enable a start on site within 4 weeks.
